Your website
Built somewhere else, edited by someone else.
I build small businesses one system that runs everything: your website, your customer list, your bookings, your quotes and invoices. One login instead of five subscriptions. Built for you, then handed over.
$1,995 to $4,995 to build · from $199 a month · first conversation free
An enquiry from your website becomes a customer record, becomes a quote, becomes a booking, becomes an invoice. Watch it go.
They fill in the form on your website. 11:42 on a Tuesday night, while you are asleep.
Name, business, the service they asked about, the whole message. Timestamped. Nobody typed it in.
Line items, tax, an expiry date. Sent while they are still interested rather than next Thursday.
Accepting the quote turns the lead into a customer. The slot lands on your calendar with no back and forth.
Which was built from the enquiry. Part payments, balances, and a total that closes itself out at zero.
Every step against that one customer, in order, on one screen. You can see what is actually about to land.
This is not a website with some add-ons bolted to it. It is one piece of software that does the whole job, and every part already knows about the others.
A fast, mobile-ready site written to turn visitors into enquiries. Not a brochure nobody reads.
Every lead and customer in one place, with the whole history. Website enquiries land here automatically.
Customers book themselves from a page you can share anywhere. It lands on your calendar without the back and forth.
Every opportunity on one board, from first enquiry to won. You can see what is actually about to land.
Templates that fill in the customer's details for you, and a log of everything that went out, so nothing gets sent twice.
What came in, what is booked, what is owed, what is working. One login, one screen, no spreadsheet.
You tell me what is not working. I ask questions until I understand the business, not just the software.
Free, and there is no pitch at the endI take your existing site, your services, and your real content, and turn it into a working system. You see it live and click through it before anything goes public.
Usually a couple of weeks, not three monthsWe go through it together until you can run it without me. You own your domain and your data. Leave whenever you like and take it with you.
Yours, not rented back to youThat is the whole structure, and you will see it in writing before I start.
Look professional and stop losing enquiries.
You have no website, or one you are embarrassed to send people to.
Everything above, plus turning enquiries into customers.
Leads go cold because following them up is a job nobody has time for.
Everything above, plus marketing that runs itself.
The business runs. Now you want it in front of more people without doing it yourself.
I am building my first handful of clients. So the next three businesses come in at the founding rate, and in exchange I ask to use the finished result as an example of what I do.
$1,995 $999 to build,
then $199 $99 a month
$3,495 $999 to build,
then $299 $99 a month
$4,995 $2,498 to build,
then $449 $199 a month
That rate is locked for as long as you stay. It does not go up later, no matter what I charge the client after you.
Ask if a spot is openNew features beyond what we agreed, photography, ad management, and anything that starts with "while you are in there." Those get quoted separately so the monthly never quietly grows.
Your domain, your content, and your customer data are yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you, and I will help you move it.
Start on Foundation and step up to Operations later. You pay the difference in the build, and the monthly moves from there. No rebuild, no starting again.
Add one at the start or a year later. It makes no difference.
Line-item quotes with tax and an expiry date. Accepting one turns the lead into a customer. Invoices, part payments, and balances that close themselves out at zero.
Anyone still writing quotes on paper or in a spreadsheet.
Ask about thisWork bucketed into overdue, today, this week, and upcoming. Crew, price, and address on every job. Recurring work books its own next visit the moment you mark it done.
Anyone running repeat visits who cannot afford to lose one.
Ask about this
I have spent twenty-seven years working in technology in the financial services industry. In practice that has meant twenty-seven years of explaining to technical people what the business actually needs, and explaining to business people what the technology can actually do. It is careful work, in an industry where getting it wrong is expensive.
Somewhere in there I noticed that the people who get the least help are the ones who need it most. The small business owner. The teacher. The person running something real who does not have an IT department and does not want one.
You are not bad at technology. You are busy. Those are different problems and they need different answers.
If a simpler word exists, I will use it. If a simpler solution exists, I will build that one.
I use AI tooling heavily, and I am not shy about it. It is why one person can build in a couple of weeks what an agency quotes three months for, and why this costs $1,995 instead of $8,000.
What it does not mean is that you get something generic. I decide what your business needs, I review every line, and I test it before you ever see it. The AI makes me faster. It does not make the decisions, and it never talks to your customers without me reading it first.
On the Complete tier I generate images and video for your social accounts. Platforms are tightening up on this: TikTok requires AI labels on anything photorealistic enough to be mistaken for real footage, and unlabelled posts can be throttled or pulled.
So I label it, as part of the service. Written captions and hashtags are exempt and are not labelled. You will always know which of your posts were made this way, because you will have approved them.
Describe it however it makes sense to you. You do not need the right words for it, that is my job.
